Our focus this year will be “Servants in the Kingdom where life matters—your life, every life, all of life.” Our theme verse is, “The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city and His servants will serve Him” (Revelation 22:3). That’s our future, but it’s also our “here and now”! Our sermons will focus on: our calling to be servants of the King; our identity as prophets, priests, and kings as we serve our King in daily life and work, our hearts given over to the Kings, particularly as found in the 10 Commandments; stories of the Kingdom as found in some of Jesus’ parables; learning to bring people into the Kingdom as we see Jesus interact with people; what might a “Jubilee Vision” look like for our city, and how do we “pray in the Kingdom” as we serve. May God draw us deeply and use us greatly in the movement of His Kingdom this year!
